ORDERS: Please place orders over the telephone

Payment: Payment is required upon delivery by CASH/CHEQUE, If you wish to use a CREDIT CARD this is done as a telephone sale prior to your delivery date.

Delivery: Delivery is strictly kerbside only and somebody must be home to check and sign for delivery.

Treatment: Your building has been treated with a BASE COAT TREATMENT only and therefore should be treated again after it has been erected and treated regularly thereafter. Do not use a water based treatment.

Windows: All windows are fitted with styrene (this is not safety glass). Windows are fixed unless otherwise stated. Number of windows vary according to the size of the building.

Please Note: Due to limited space we are unable to display all buildings in our range. However please do not hesitate to telephone us if you wish to check that we have a particular building on display.

  • We reserve the right to change styles on buildings

  • We only deliver to areas stated otherwise it is collection only
  • Specifications, Weights and Dimensions may vary slightly. Wellington Landscaping & Garden Buildings reserve the right to supply products which may vary slightly from the products listed. Errors and Omission Excepted.

Important Notice: Wood is an organic material with a natural moisture content which will change with the seasons.

WINTER: High Moisture :EXPANSION

SUMMER: Low Moisture :CONTRACTION

To minimise the movement and protect the wood we recommend that a quality timber treatment be applied after your building has been erected and repeated regularly. Following this procedure will help prolong the lifespan of the building. We cannot be held responsible for any warping or cracking of timber.
